Breckenridge's ski slopes form the backdrop in the main level living room of this 3 bedroom residence with 3.5 bathrooms, featuring a large sofa in front of a gas fireplace and television. Step out onto the rooftop deck to relax in the private hot tub while gazing upon the ski trails and the action throughout downtown. Off of the living room is a dining area with seating for 6 guests that flows into the fully equipped kitchen outfitted with quality appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar with seating for 2 guests. A small loft above the living room holds a Double futon for additional sleeping arrangements and a bonus loft offers a sitting area with a television and foosball table.

Three bedrooms are spread over the multiple levels of the home providing bedding for up to 8 guests. Located on the mid level, the primary bedroom is appointed with a King bed, fireplace, private deck and private bathroom boasting a dual-sink vanity, walk-in shower and jetted tub. Also on this level is a guest bedroom furnished with a Queen bed and including a private bathroom. On the upper level off of the loft is the third bedroom featuring two Twin beds and a private bathroom.
