Spanning three floors, this 4 bedroom vacation rental with 3 bathrooms offers multiple living areas, which include a game room with a pool table and PlayStation 2 & 3 plus a loft above the main living room, providing an abundance of space for groups of up to 10 guests to relax and spread out.

Presenting an inviting space for the entire group to gather, the main level living room is set under vaulted ceilings with comfortable furnishings centered on a flatscreen television above a wood-burning fireplace. Just off of the living room is a dining area with seating for 8 guests, an adjacent breakfast bar with seating for 3, and a fully equipped kitchen boasting granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Above the living room is a loft with a sitting area, television, and office nook.

Head down to the family room outfitted with a fireplace and flatscreen television in the sitting area as well as a pool table. Access the back deck from the family room to enjoy the open valley views while relaxing on the outdoor furnishings or in the private hot tub. Additional amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for up to five cars (one in the garage and four in the driveway).

Four bedrooms are spread over the three levels of the residence. On the third floor, the primary suite is equipped with a King bed, television, private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with two vanities, a deep jetted tub, and a separate steam shower with two shower heads. Another King bed can be found in the main level bedroom which utilizes a bathroom shared with the living area. Downstairs, a guest bedroom has two Twin bunk beds, while another guest bedroom is furnished with two Twin beds. The bathroom on this floor provides a walk-in shower with two shower heads.
