Featuring an open layout that is ideal for entertaining, the main level living area presents quality furnishings that include a large sectional sofa (that also pulls out into a sleeper) and two cozy arm chairs arranged for ultimate enjoyment of the stunning mountain views as well as the gas fireplace and big screen television complete with cable, Blue Ray, and wireless speakers. Sliding glass doors open on to the upper level of the deck where you can sit and enjoy a glass of wine, relax in the private hot tub, or just take in the view and let the fresh mountain air wash any thoughts of work away.

To the right of the entry, the gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a Bosch gas cook top, double overs, and a plethora of accessories, has everything you need to entertain your entire group. The rustic dining table seats 6, and there is room for everyone on the deck. Whether you're in the kitchen, dining area, or living room you won't miss a minute of the action or the views.

Head upstairs to find the private master suite complete with an adjustable king bed, flat screen television, ceiling fan, and portable A/C unit (for the occasional hot summer night). A desk and two cozy arm chairs provide room to work or snuggle up for a good read. The en suite bath has double sinks, a walk-in shower with dual heads, and steam option. The best feature, however, may be the large soaker tub that looks out the picture window over the valley below.

Two bedrooms are located on the lower level of the residence along with two full bathrooms, one with a combination shower and jetted tub and the other with a steam shower, that sit just outside of each bedroom. One of the guest bedrooms is furnished with a queen bed while the other offers two twin beds. A secondary living space on the lower floor provides another sleeper sofa set in front of a television with a PlayStation game system. From here guests can access the lower floor of the multi-level deck.

As if all of this was not enough, this property also features a washer and dryer, heated two car garage (complete with ping pong table), a gas fire-pit, outdoor swing and patio furniture, a Weber gas grill on the deck, and a drying rack for ski gear.
