With three living areas and two media rooms, large beds offered in each bedroom, and a serene setting in the trees you will find this sprawling home to provide the most inviting base for an ultimately enjoyable mountain vacation.

Enter on the lower level into the family room and leave your hats and gloves in the convenient cubbies. Stretch out on the large, plush sectional sofa and settle in for a movie night with the flatscreen television complete with DVD player. Play some pool in the large game room while your favorite show or sporting event plays in the background on the flatscreen television. Make it a celebration and put out a spread of yummy snacks and utilize the wet bar with a full-size fridge, dishwasher, and seating for six. This room also has several board games for both kids and adults. After a day of outdoor adventures relax in the private hot tub, located on the large patio just off the game room, as you marvel at the magnificent Colorado sunsets.

Meal time is made easy in the oversized kitchen, which features double ovens and double dishwashers, as well as lots of storage, marble countertops, and a center island. Roll out the feast and congregate at the large dining room tables with one in the kitchen seating six and one adjacent to the kitchen accommodating ten. Access the patio off the dining area for outdoor dining or cooking on the two grills--one gas and one briquette.

Enjoy the incredible views from the living room on the main level, which features plentiful seating for group gatherings and a wood fireplace to keep you toasty warm. If you have to bring a little work with you, use the desk in the adjacent study.

This six-bedroom, seven bath home accommodates 16 guests total. Both master suites on the main level feature comfortable king-size beds, walk-out patios, full en suite baths, and flatscreen televisions. The upper level holds four more bedrooms, three with queen beds and one with two double beds, plus four more bathrooms (one with a jetted tub only). There are two sleeper sofas and two queen air mattresses in the living areas for additional sleeping arrangements. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, Netflix streaming, a DVD library, stereo, multiple DVD players, and a WiFi connection.
