Occupying the main level of this 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom townhome, the great room presents a most inviting space for entertaining. Set under vaulted ceilings with large windows exposing breathtaking mountain views, the living room offers comfortable furnishings centered on a gas fireplace and flatscreen television. Just off the living room is a deck featuring close-up views of Peak 1, outdoor furnishings, and a barbecue grill. Open to the living room, the dinning area seats 8 while the adjacent breakfast bar seats 3. Fully equipped, the kitchen overlooks the living room and dining area.

Four bedrooms are spread over the 3.5 levels of the townhome. Comprising the entire lower level is a spacious multi-purpose room that includes a sitting area with a flatscreen television, desk, full bathroom, and a sleeping area with a Twin bed and a Captain's Bunk that has a Twin on top and Queen on the bottom. Two guest bedrooms share a full bathroom on the third level, one is equipped with a Queen bed while the other has Two Twin beds. A few steps up from the third level is the primary suite furnished with a Queen bed and including a private bathroom.
