Inviting the entire group to relax and entertain, the Great Room of this 5 bedroom duplex vacation home with 4 bathrooms is an expansive and open space framed by walls of windows. Comfortable, quality furnishings are centered on a gas fireplace and television in the living room which flows into the dining area with seating for 8 guests. Overlooking the living space, the gourmet kitchen boasts high-end appliances, granite countertops, a breakfast bar with seating for 4 guests and access to the deck equipped with a barbecue grill.

Located off of the kitchen, the family room offers a cozy sitting area appointed with sofas and a television for movie night as well as a full-size desk, office chair and monitor. Sweeping views of the mountains and the entire Yampa Valley are enjoyed from the deck while soaking in the private hot tub in front of an outdoor fireplace.

Furnished with a King bed, the primary bedroom features a private bathroom with double vanity and separate shower and tub. One of the guest bedrooms offers a King bed that can be split into two Twins and includes a private bathroom. A third bedroom is also appointed with a King bed and enjoys a private bathroom. Two bedrooms share a full bathroom, one is outfitted with a Queen bed while the other has a twin over Full bunk bed.

Complimentary on-call shuttle service makes getting to the slopes and around town easy, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups.
