Framed by large windows creating a bright atmosphere throughout the living space, the main gathering area of Westview Terrace features a comfortable sitting area set in front of a fireplace and flatscreen television. Open to the living room, the fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar with seating for 3 guests. Off to the side of the living room is a dining area with seating for 4 guests and access to the back porch with a barbecue grill, outdoor seating, and spectacular mountain views.

Two bedrooms located on opposite sides of the living area provide sleeping arrangements for up to 4 guests. As you enter the condo there is a hallway that leads to the master bedroom appointed with a Queen bed, 18 inch flatscreen television, and a private bathroom with a dual sink vanity and large walk in shower. The second bedroom is set off the living area and offers a Queen bed plus access to a hallway bathroom with single vanity and a combination tub/shower.

Westview Terrace is only 5 blocks to the center of downtown, a short drive to the lifts with free shuttle service a stroll away, and located close to the bike path. There is underground parking for one car and over flow parking outside the complex.
