Access to the back deck, where you will find a small yard and pond with running streams during the summer season, is off of the living room. This space flows into a den appointed with a large sofa and chairs, television and desk area. Next to the den is a full bathroom with a single sink vanity and shower/tub combo.

Perched two steps above the living room, the fully stocked kitchen features upscale appliances with two adjacent dining areas seating 8 guests at the main dining table with 5 accommodated at the breakfast nook table. Located on the lower level, the family room provides an additional area for enjoying a book or watching television. There is a sauna on this level as well. 

Furnished with a King bed, the primary suite is located on the upper level and includes a private bathroom offering a dual-sink vanity, soaking tub and walk-in shower. Two guest bedrooms on the upper level are appointed with King beds and include private bathrooms. Three lower level bedrooms share a full bathroom. Ideal for the kids, the bunk room is equipped with two sets of Twin over Twin bunk beds. The remaining bedrooms are outfitted with two Twin beds in one and one Twin bed in the other. 

Guests have access to the Weyyakin Clubhouse with a year-round hot tub, clubhouse access, and summer access to Weyyakin Pool and Tennis Courts.
