Sliding glass doors from here lead to one of three outdoor adjoining decks, which feature seating, a private hot tub, fire ring and breathtaking views of the Breckenridge Ski Area. Across the great room, a stunning gourmet kitchen boasts an open layout with high-end appliances, custom cabinetry and a granite counter island with seating for four. The neighboring dining area hosts a lovely wooden table with eight upholstered chairs, which sits in front of a cozy fireplace. Guests can also access the decks through glass doors in this space. Down a few steps from the living room, an additional family room provides the ideal spot for guests to kick back and relax. Enjoy cozy seating, a fireplace and a large flat screen television, along with a game table and a wet bar boasting seating for four, a wine fridge, ice maker and dishwasher. Six elegant and comfortable bedrooms are spread across this charming home’s three levels. On the top floor, there are two master suites; one boasts a private balcony, gas fireplace and private bathroom with a jetted tub, steam shower and dual sinks, while the second offers a plush bed and a private bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and dual sinks. Bedroom three boasts a large flat screen television, access to the main deck and a private bathroom. The remaining three guest rooms are located on the lowest level and feature cozy furnishings, a variety of comfortable bedding and an attached bathroom for each room. If any extra lodging is desired, an ottoman in the family room can convert to a twin bed to accommodate one guest.
