Bright and open, the main level Great Room of this 5 bedroom residence with 4.5 bathrooms is an expansive space where the entire group can gather comfortably and entertain. Sitting in the center of the room is a double-sided wood-burning fireplace with a cozy living room on one side and a sitting area, dining area and fully equipped kitchen on the opposing side. Vaulted ceilings and walls of windows frame the Great Room.

Just off of the sitting area and living room is access to the large deck offering outdoor seating and a barbecue grill. Seating for 8 guests is accommodated at the dining table that is open to the kitchen. Stainless steel appliances and granite countertops adorn the kitchen which also has a desk area. Outfitted with a comfortable sleeper sofa and television, the media room is the perfect spot to escape and watch a movie or play one of the board games provided. Head out back to relax in the private hot tub nestled into the hillside or partake in a game of foosball on the covered patio.

Five bedrooms are spread over the multiple levels of the home providing sleeping arrangements for up to 10 guests. Perched on the top level, the primary bedroom is appointed with a King bed, private deck and private bathroom with a combination shower/tub. Also on the upper level, the bunk room offers a Twin over Double bunk, desk, and accesses a hall bathroom. Three main level bedrooms include private bathrooms, one is equipped with a split King bed that can be made into two Twins, another offers a Queen bed, and the third has a Twin over Double bunk bed.

Special Notes: A long-term tenant lives in an attached suite (door on right up the flight of stairs) with no access to the main home. Please note that there is a reserved parking spot exclusively for the tenant in the attached suite. The main entrance to the home is up 20 stairs from the driveway and is the only way to access the home.
