Designer furnishings are centered on a gas fireplace and wall of windows in the living room that also offers access to the large deck and private hot tub. Open to the living room is the gourmet kitchen with upscale appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar with seating for three plus an adjacent breakfast table with seating for four and a dining table with seating for eight. Located off of the Great Room on the main level is a study with a desk and comfortable seating. Equipped with a comfortable seating area centered on a large screen television, gas fireplace, game table and wet bar, the lower level family room is the perfect space to relax while enjoying a movie or playing a game of cards. Off of the family room is a storage area converted into a recreation room with a ping-pong table and piano.

Each of the spacious bedrooms are furnished with King beds and there is a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the family room for additional sleeping arrangements. Located on the main level, the master suite features a private bathroom with a jetted tub and glass stall shower. Both of the lower level bedrooms include private bathrooms while the two upper level bedrooms share a bathroom.
