The large sectional sofa plus two armchairs offer ample and comfortable seating so your entire group can relax together and dream up the next day’s adventures. A powder bath is conveniently located on the main level as well.

Open to the living area, the contemporary and fully equipped kitchen provides plenty of workspace on expansive countertops, professional-grade appliances such as the six-burner Wolf gas range, and a large island with seating for 4 guests. The adjacent dining area is outfitted with seating for 10 in a chair and bench combo. An oversized glass door gives way to the deck where you’ll find a grilling area available for year-round use. Dine al fresco in the summer months and enjoy the sounds of the Blue River rushing just below. 

Retreat to the lower level cozy family room appointed with plush seating on a large sofa set in front of a television and adjacent to a wet bar. Easy access to the lower patio, gas fire pit, and private hot tub are off of the family room. 

Located on the upper level, the primary bedroom includes a King bed, gas fireplace and private bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Two guest bedrooms appointed with a King bed and featuring private bathrooms are located on the lower level off of the family room. Ideal for the kids, the bunk room has a Twin over Queen bunk bed with a Twin Trundle bed that pulls out from underneath and access to a bathroom shared with the family room.

A quick 4-minute drive offers easy access to Peak 9’s Quicksilver SuperChair. An 11-minute walk will get you to the free shuttle on River Park Drive. Complimentary on-call shuttle service is offered mid-November through mid-April using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis.
