Centrally located within Summit County, this 4,000 square foot retreat boasts five bedrooms with five and a half bathrooms, and was designed with your comfort and entertainment in mind.

Plush leather sofas and chairs are centered on a large stone gas fireplace in the living room, with a massive flat screen television and oversized picture windows providing entertainment. Across the great room, a fully equipped open kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all your cooking necessities, plus a gorgeous breakfast bar with six high-top stools. The adjacent dining area boasts a large table for 10, along with access to the spacious outdoor log deck featuring ample seating, a gas fire pit, two gas grills, and private, therapeutic hot tub for eight to ten people. Another inviting space to gather and hang out is the lower level family room. Unwind on overstuffed leather sofas and enjoy a large flat screen television, a gas fireplace and the convenience of a wet bar, full sized refrigerator and a wine cooler.

Five comfortably decorated bedrooms are spread throughout this home’s three levels, offering privacy and a good night’s rest. Guest room one sits on the main level, boasting a plush bed, a deck with alpine views and a full private bathroom. Also on this level, the second bedroom features multiple beds and a full bathroom that can also be accessed from the main living area. On the lower level, guest room three is geared for the younger vacationers and boasts a full bathroom. Perched on the upper floor, the fourth bedroom boasts a flat screen television, alpine scenery and a private ¾ bathroom, while bedroom five, also upstairs, features multiple bedding a full private bathroom. A large log catwalk separates the two upper bedrooms, overlooking the living room and the spectacular alpine scenery. If any added bedding is needed, a sleeper sofa in the family room can accommodate two extra guests.

Wildernest Retreat conveniently sits within 20 minutes of the area ski resorts, including Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Copper Mountain, and Breckenridge, with Vail and Beaver Creek just 40 minutes away. Along with all the comforts of home, this alpine getaway also offers a private two-car garage plus two additional driveway spots, and full laundry facilities.
