The adjacent dining table seats 10 guests and has access to the back deck with a barbecue grill, outdoor seating, and a private hot tub. Overlooking the living room and dining area, the fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar with seating for 4 guests. Head to the lower level family room to watch a movie or play a few rounds of Foosball.

Five bedrooms are distributed over the 3 levels of the residence providing a variety of bedding to accommodate up to 14 guests when including the two Queen sleeper sofas in the living areas. Two bedrooms outfitted with King beds are located on the upper level, both are equipped with private bathrooms, one of which boasts a jetted tub and walk-in shower. Two bedrooms are furnished with two Twin beds in each, one is located on the main level while the other is on the lower level. The final bedroom on the lower level offers a Queen bed. Each bedroom either has access to a bathroom shared with the living spaces or a private bathroom.

With the ski slopes just blocks away, guests can walk to the lifts and all of the attractions in Steamboat's bustling base village. There is a private 1 car garage with space for two cars in the driveway. Please note that the gas fireplace is shut off May - September.
