Floor-to-ceiling windows soak the living room in natural light while the massive gas fireplace keeps it warm and cozy. Relax in the contemporary furnishings while gazing at the sweeping views of Mount Wilson that permeate the living room. Across the living room, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen forms a contemporary atmosphere with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar seating 10 guest. The adjacent dining area has seating for another 8 guests. Break away from the larger group to relax in the the lower level den equipped with a wet bar, sitting area, and flatscreen television.

Glass doors leading out to multiple outdoor living spaces frame the kitchen and dining area. Inviting outdoor furnishings are featured on the various patios, one of which includes a large sunken hot tub while another boasts an outdoor kitchen with a built-in grill and bar. During the summer months and the warmer winter and spring days, you will love entertaining in these incredible outdoor lounge areas. 

Six bedrooms are spread over the three levels of the residence providing a variety of bedding options to accommodate up to 17 guests. Located on the upper level, the main master suite is outfitted with a King bed, sitting area, wet bar with mini-fridge, and a private bathroom with a dual sink vanity, jetted tub, and oversized steam shower. Also on the upper level is a guest bedroom with a Queen bed and private bathroom offering a walk-in shower.

Three guest bedrooms are located on the lower level off of the family room, each with private bathrooms that have walk-in showers. Two of the bedrooms in this area  include direct access to the patio with the private hot tub, one offers a King bed that can be split into two Twins and the other has a Queen bed. The bunk room features a Twin bunk bed plus two Double beds. Accessed by a private stairway off of the living room, the second master suite is equipped with a King bed and has a private bathroom with dual sinks, a jetted tub, and a steam shower.
