Winter Park Place offers a unique vacation rental option, just a quarter mile from the lifts with free shuttle service, private hot tubs in many of the units, and very attractive rates considering the quality, location, and amenities.

A great location in Old Town Winter Park, just mile from the base of the Winter Park Ski Area, Winter Park Place is a very popular lodging choice. Situated alongside the Fraser River, this small, private complex includes one, two, and three bedroom units. The one bedroom, one bathroom condo has a queen-size bed in the master bedroom, jetted tub in the bathroom, and queen murphy bed in the living room which also contains a TV, VCR and wood-burning fireplace. A private deck off the living room affords views of the Ski Area.

Winter Parkl Place's two bedroom, two bathroom unit has a split level interior, with a king-bed and wood-burning fireplace in the master bedroom, private hot-tub and access to an upper deck overlooking the Fraser River. The lower entry level contains the second bedroom with two twin beds, bathroom, and living room with wood fireplace, TV, VCR, dining area and kitchen, plus access to the second deck.

The bedding varies in the three bedroom units.

While many of the units offer a private hot tub, Winter Park Place also has a common area with indoor hot-tub, dry sauna and laundry facilities.
