Originally built in 1968, this 5 bedroom vacation home with 5.5 bathrooms has been expertly renovated and lovingly innovated with metal-work details, from copper countertops in the bathrooms, to hand-made metal tables in the living area, to interesting metal grid-works applied to the stairwells. Located within 150 yards of the slopes & trails at the Winter Park Resort, Winter Park Ski Haus is also a short walk to the shops and dining in the eclectic base village. 

Open and spacious, the main level great room presents the ideal space for the entire group to gather and entertain. Comfortable furnishings are arranged around a gas fireplace and flatscreen television in the cozy living room with the massive dining table seating 14 guests set off the sitting area. The dining area flows into the sleek farm-house kitchen with a three-person breakfast bar and high-end appliances. Right outside, you'll find the large private hot tub on the deck, complete with mountain views, a natural gas grill, and picnic table.

Five bedrooms are spread over the multiple levels providing a variety of bedding to accommodate large groups of up to 17. Located on the main level, the primary suite is furnished with a King bed and includes a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Also on the main level is a guest suite offering a Queen bed plus a Twin Day bed and a private bathroom with a combination shower/jetted tub. Equipped with two sets of Twin bunk beds and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, the third main level bedroom is ideally appointed for the kids. Two upper level bedrooms boast private balconies, each are furnished with two Queen beds, and include private bathrooms.

Note that the residence is less than 30 meters from the tracks with trains traveling through multiple times throughout the day. Winter Park Ski Haus shares a wall with a separate apartment just for owner use.
