Breathtaking mountain views are showcased in the main level great room, set under vaulted ceilings with log beams and a massive window wall allowing the inspiring vistas to pour right into the living space. Comfortable furnishings are centered on a magnificent stone hearth and flatscreen television in the living room which sits open to the dining area offering seating for 8 guests. Overlooking the living room and dining area, the fully equipped kitchen includes high-end appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar. Step out to the back patio to find an outdoor fireplace, barbecue grill, and private hot tub nestled on the mountainside.  

Convenience, comfort, and fun are the theme of the first level where you will find a kitchenette and theater room complete with a projector, large screen, and reclining leather armchairs. After returning from your outdoor fun, set up a game in the fourth-floor game room, or climb to the fifth floor where the office affords a peaceful space to work and admire the views.

Outfitted with a King bed, flatscreen television, stucco fireplace, and direct access to the back patio, the primary suite includes a private bathroom with a double vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. Located on the main level, the guest primary suite is equipped with a King bed and private bathroom with double vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. Two upper level guest bedrooms are appointed with Queen beds and share a full bathroom. Ideal for the kids in the group, the lower level guest bedroom has a Queen bed and Captain's Bunk with a Queen on the bottom and Twin on the op.

Start the day by preparing in the ski room before strapping on your equipment and gliding down Lower Sundance to reach the base area. End the day by skiing back to the property before taking a short drive to Mountain Village for apres fun the head down the hill to Main Street for a night out on the town.
