Enter on the ground, garage level of this 4 bedroom townhome rental with 4 bathrooms before stepping up to the main level living area featuring an open concept space where the entire group can gather and entertain. Comfortable furnishings are centered on a gas fireplace and wall-mounted television in the cozy living room which flows seamlessly to the adjacent kitchen and dining area. Ten guests are accommodated around the combination breakfast bar and dining table that overlooks the gourmet kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and polished stone countertops. A unique garage-style glass wall rolls up to completely integrate the kitchen and dining area with the balcony offering an outdoor dining space, fire pit table and barbecue grill.

Four bedrooms are distributed over the three levels of the residence providing bedding for up to 12 guests when including the Sleeper sofa in the living room. Located on the upper level are two primary suites enjoying private bathrooms, one is furnished with a Queen bed while the other is outfitted with a King bed plus a Twin over Twin bunk bed. There is also access to a rooftop balcony on this level. Two guest bedrooms are split between the main and lower level, one is furnished with a Queen bed and shares a bathroom with the living area on the main level while the other has a King bed and a private bathroom on the ground level.

Since you are just across the road from the Trailhead Lodge, you will enjoy easy access to an outdoor heated pool and three hot tubs, fitness and game rooms, and convenient gondola access to the Steamboat Base Village and ski slopes.
