Four bedrooms are distributed over the three levels of the residence providing bedding for up to 12 guests when including the Sleeper sofa in the living room. Located on the upper level are two primary suites enjoying private bathrooms, one is furnished with a Queen bed while the other is outfitted with a King bed plus a Twin over Twin bunk bed. There is also access to a rooftop balcony on this level. Two guest bedrooms are split between the main and lower level, one is furnished with a Queen bed and shares a bathroom with the living area on the main level while the other has a King bed and a private bathroom on the ground level.
