A large leather sectional sofa is centered on a stone gas fireplace in the living room, which is sunny and bright, while a massive wall-mounted flat screen television provides the ideal spot for a cozy movie night. Head out the door from here to the upper deck, which boasts a funky chair made of skis, a gas grill and overlooks both the Cucumber Gulch reserve and Nordic Ski trail. Back inside, the open kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials and offers a charming breakfast bar with room for four guests. A cozy round table sits in the neighboring dining area, offering enough space for eight people to gather for some food, or a friendly board game. After an exciting day on the slopes or exploring Summit County, relax and recharge in the private hot tub, which sits on the lower level patio and offers entertaining LED lights and majestic mountain scenery.

Four guest bedrooms are furnished with comfortable, rustic decor, invoking a ski-lodge feel in this cozy tri-level townhome. One master suite sits on the upper level, boasting lodgepole furnishings, a large flat screen television and a gas fireplace. Relax in the private master bathroom, which offers a bathtub/shower combination and dual sinks. There is a second master suite located on the lower level of Zen Wolf Residence, featuring a flat screen television, double-sided gas fireplace and access to the patio. Guests will love to unwind in the elegant private bathroom, which sits on the other side of the fireplace and offers a jetted tub, shower and dual sinks. Also on the lower level, the remaining two bedrooms boast cozy bedding, wooded views and share a full bathroom.

For transport to downtown’s dining, shopping and nightlife, along with hassle-free access to the Breckenridge slopes, hop on the complimentary shuttle which stops just two blocks away from the property. Nordic ski lovers can jump right on a trail that is part of the Breckenridge Nordic Center trail system, which goes right by the back of the townhome.
