Surprisingly spacious at over 1,800 square feet, this four bedroom private home with two bathrooms features quality furnishings and appointments with bedding to accommodate up to thirteen guests.

Occupying the main level of 245 Pine is a comfortably furnished living room with vaulted ceilings and a wall of windows that leads to a large deck. This open layout includes a dining area and fully equipped kitchen providing an inviting space for everyone to entertain. Two bedrooms are located on the upper level, one is equipped with a Queen bed and the other offers a Double bed. On the main level off of the kitchen is a third bedroom with a Full bed and access to the large backyard. The bunk room is on the lower, basement level and features two bunk beds, one has Two Twins and the other is a Captain's Bunk with a Twin on top and Double on the bottom. Additional bedding is provided by a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room.
