Just off of the living room is a full gourmet kitchen with upscale appliances, granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and an adjacent dining area. Another dining area with a round table and formal setting is off of the kitchen. On the opposing side of the kitchen from the living room is a den area with a wood-burning fireplace, sitting area, a large-screen television, and an office.
