640 Vasquez Ski House features an open layout on the main level that includes a living room, dining area, and kitchen. Comfortable furnishings including a Sleeper Sofa are centered on a stone fireplace and large screen television in the living room with hardwood flooring and access to the large deck with a barbeque grill on the rear of the home. Just off of the living room is a large dining area with additional seating at the adjacent breakfast bar. Fully equipped, the kitchen overlooks the dining area and living room affording the chefs in the group the ability to enjoy the party while preparing meals. Rounding off the main level is a master bedroom offering a Queen bed and including a private bathroom.

On the lower level of 640 Vasquez guests will find a den featuring a Sleeper Sofa, television, fireplace, and a kitchenette with a dining table. A second deck as well as a private hot tub is located off of the den. Three bedrooms are on the lower level off of the den, including a King room, a Bunk room that sleeps three and offers a computer with games, and a Double Bunk room that accommodates up to five guests.
