With five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms spread over multiple levels, an open layout featuring a massive Great Room, and top vacation amenities, this duplex vacation home is designed for large groups or multiple families to enjoy a comfortable, relaxing and fun Vail vacation. Whether hopping in the car to access the village or taking the 850 foot walk to and from the ski trails, guests will find 706A Forest Road to be a convenient retreat in the Rocky Mountains.

Space is at a premium on the main level of 706A Forest Road which features an open Great Room with large windows and vaulted ceilings. Centered in the Great Room is a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar overlooking the living room, where comfortable furnishings are set around a see-through fireplace. An adjacent dining area has seating for up to ten and is framed by windows. On the other side of the fireplace is a family room with a game table, wet bar and seating area with a large screen television. From the living room and family guests can access the back patio which features a private hot tub.

Also on the main level, one of the home's two master suites offers a gas fireplace along with a private bathroom with jetted tub and steam shower.Three of the remaining bedrooms are perched on the upper level of 706A Forest Road which can be accessed by stairs or an elevator.
