Situated within four blocks from the entrance of the Park City Mountain Resort and a short drive from downtown Park City, 939 Lowell Residence is a luxury private vacation home in a location that is close to the slopes as well as the action on Main Street. At over 4,500 square feet, this five bedroom home rental with five bathrooms and multiple living spaces is designed to comfortably accommodate groups of up to fifteen guests.

Boasting fine finishes and elegant appointments, 939 Lowell Residence offers the comforts of home in the heart of Park City. Open and spacious with vaulted ceilings and an abundance of windows, the main level living room features quality furnishings set around a stone fireplace and flat screen television. Designed for entertaining, the main level living room is open to a dining area with seating for ten that sits adjacent to a gourmet kitchen with a large island that seats four, custom cabinetry, upscale appliances and granite countertops. Mimicking the upstairs, the lower level offers a second living area with comfortable furnishings centered on a stone fireplace and flat screen television with a second full kitchen off of the living area. Spectacular views of the surrounding mountains can be enjoyed from all of the various decks with one holding a private hot tub.

Spread throughout the multiple levels of 939 Lowell Residence are five bedrooms offering a variety of bedding options to please large groups and multiple families. Furnished with a King bed plus a large sofa, the master suite is a large room with a vaulted ceiling, gas fireplace, flat screen television and private bathroom with a jetted tub and stall shower. Three of the guest rooms are equipped with Queen beds, two also have private bathrooms, and the bunk room offers Two Twin Bunk beds plus a Sleeper Sofa. Additional bedding is provided by a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the family room.
