Featuring exquisite mountain design, the Alder home is constructed with natural materials including alder wood finishes, slate and hardwood flooring, moss rock fireplaces, and custom woodwork throughout. Within its luxurious interior the Alder Home is configured to comfortably accommodate large families and groups of up to ten guests offering the ideal set-up with multiple living rooms including a large Great Room.

A designer furnished living room with vaulted ceilings is located on the main level and features a magnificent moss rock fireplace. An adjacent study and second sitting area are perfect for peaceful relaxation. A gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, a large breakfast bar, high-end appliances that include a double oven, and a dining area for eight are also located on the main level. Also located on the main level are two bedrooms, one is furnished with a Queen bed and the other offers two Twin Bunk Beds. The Master Suite with a King bed is located off of the living room and includes a private bathroom with jetted tub and stall shower.

Outstanding vacation amenities are offered at the Alder Home including a lower level family room with moss rock fireplace and entertainment system. From the patio guests can enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains while relaxing in the private outdoor hot tub before stepping into the adjacent indoor dry sauna. And while entertaining on the deck off of the living room guests can peer out upon the slopes of the Keystone Ski Resort. Adding to the luxurious vacation amenities is access to the River Run Village outdoor heated pool and hot tubs at the Dakota Lodge.
