Base Camp II at Shockhill Landing is a luxury vacation home located just a few steps from the gondola mid-station where you can enjoy a quick ride to the Peak 7 & Peak 8 base area chairlifts as well as downtown Breckenridge. From this 4 bedroom duplex vacation home with 4 bathrooms you will experience all of the amazing Breckenridge attractions with ease as you relax amongst 2,490 square feet of contemporary mountain design with preferred vacation amenities. 
 
Open and inviting, the main level Great Room is designed for entertaining. The cozy living room is equipped with quality furnishings focused on a gas fireplace, flat screen television, and breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Just off of the living room is a gourmet kitchen featuring upscale appliances and cabinetry with granite countertops and a breakfast bar that seats five. An adjacent dining area seats eight and offers access to a deck with a barbecue grill and outdoor dining area.
 
From the deck you can almost hit the gondola with a snowball! A lower level den area is furnished with comfortable chairs and a sofa centered on a flat screen television. Step outside to find an expansive patio with a Fire Pit and private outdoor hot tub. Four bedrooms are spread throughout the multi-level layout providing ample space and privacy for up to 10 guests.
