The Bear Chalets is the combination of the Black Bear Chalet and the Brown Bear Chalet, two luxury four bedroom, five and a half bathroom duplex vacation rentals located within a one minute complimentary shuttle ride from the Steamboat Ski Resort lifts. With over 9,500 square feet of living space spread over three levels with elevator service, these magnificent homes comfortably accommodate up to twenty four guests. Both of the Bear Chalet's main levels feature a Great Room design with a large living room that is open to a gourmet kitchen and dining area. Appointed with designer furnishings, the living room is centered on a gorgeous rock fireplace and offers wonderful views of the surrounding forest through large windows. The adjacent dining area is furnished with a custom, ten person table and is next to a large kitchen featuring custom cabinets, granite countertops, and upscale appliance. 

Ideal for multiple families, groups of friends, and corporate groups, the Bear Chalets offer six Master suites with private bathrooms. Each suite is equipped with optional bedding configurations of Two Twin beds or one King bed, a private deck, and custom bathrooms with a large tub and steam shower. The seventh and eighth bedrooms are Bunk Rooms featuring two Captain's Bunks with a Queen bed on the bottom and a Twin bed in top as well as their own private bathrooms. All rooms include quality bedding with high thread-count sheets and feather beds, flat screen televisions with DVD players, IPod clock radios, and luxurious robes with slippers. The unique bed configurations allows for a total of twenty two beds in both Bear Chalets. 

While the luxury accommodations are enough to make for the most memorable Steamboat ski vacation, the Bear Chalet's amenities are what sets this home apart. The lower level family rooms are beautifully appointed with designer furnishings and large screen televisions that are perfect for movie night or to watch a big game. These family rooms are also a great spot for the kids to enjoy the Playstation 2 video games. Adjacent to the entertainment area is a pool table with another full bathroom. The couch also opens into a comfortable Queen Sleeper Sofa bed. And rounding off the amenity list is are two outdoor hot tubs for relaxing after a day of fun in Steamboat.
