An adjacent dining area seats up to ten guests with additional seating for four at the kitchen bar. Also on this level is a half bath and a ski room. The ski room can be accessed from either the garage or the side of the home, and features custom cabinetry providing ample storage.

On the upper level of Bella Monte is a loft area that includes a desk with high-speed wireless Internet and a queen sized sleeper sofa. A few steps up from the office area is the Master Suite featuring a large sitting area in front of a gas fireplace, a King bed, 42 inch flat screen television, private balcony with dazzling views overlooking the "SKY" Chutes and the ski area. The master
bathroom features dual sinks, soaking tub, and frameless steam shower with 2 rain showerheads and hand held sprayer. Off of the master bathroom is the master closet offering custom cabinetry and a washer and dryer.

Two guest bedrooms are located on the floor beneath the main level. The first bedroom offers a Queen bed and features a private bathroom. The next bedroom has a Bunk Bed with a twin on top, full on bottom, and twin trundle plus a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Bella Monte's remaining bedrooms are located on the lower level along with many of the home's fun amenities.

Centered on the lower level is a beautifully furnished family room with a wet bar, gas fireplace, surround sound, ample seating, and 50 inch flat screen television. Just outside is a deck with a sunken hot tub and spectacular views. On either side of the family room are mini-master bedrooms with King beds and private bathrooms. One of the bedrooms includes a private deck and flat screen television while the second lower level bedroom offers access to the hot tub deck, a flat screen television and spa style bathroom.
