Serenely situated on a forested lot in the town of Fraser, the Green Ridge Home offers Winter Park visitors a high quality retreat that is just minutes from downtown Winter Park and the ski slopes. This five bedroom, three bathroom residence has recently been remodeled with rustic accents and quality furnishings. Ideal for a group of friends or multiple families, Green Ridge has an abundance of bedding to comfortably accommodate a group of up to sixteen people.

On the main floor of this three story home is the living room with lovely stone fireplace that opens to the dining area with seating for ten. The adjacent kitchen is open to the dining area yet has some separation from the living space, an ideal area for the chef in the group. A large, wrap-around deck is accessible from the main level, providing a wonderful area to enjoy the surrounding forest and views. Guests love to relax here in the private hot tub after a rewarding day on the slopes.

The lower level of the Green Ridge Home includes a family room with a large, leather pit couch that faces the 60 inch satellite television. Green Ridge's bedding is ideal for families with two bedrooms offering Queen beds, and the other three bedrooms with two twin beds. There is a bonus sleeper sofa in one of the twin rooms and the family room also offers and additional sofa sleeper.
