Presenting the ideal space for relaxing and entertaining, the main level living room features quality furnishings centered on a gas fireplace and flatscreen television with access to a deck boasting majestic mountain views. A few steps up from the living room is a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a cooking island. Two dining areas frame the kitchen, one seats four and the other offers seating for 6 guests. A sitting area with a sofa, chair, and flatscreen television as well as access to the back deck with barbecue grill and the yard, where you will find the private hot tub, is off the smaller dining area.

Four bedrooms are spread over the three levels of the home, providing an extra level of privacy for the group. The main level master suite is furnished with a King bed, has access to a large private deck, and includes a private bathroom with dual vanity sink, jetted tub, and walk-in shower. Located by itself on the lowest level is a bunk room with a Captain's Bunk that has a Twin on top and Double on the bottom, this room includes a private bathroom with tub/shower combination. Another master suite is located on the upper level, this large room offers a King bed, sitting area with a gas stove, private deck, and private bathroom with dual sink vanity, jetted tub, and walk-in shower. Also on this level is the fourth bedroom equipped with two Double beds, a gas fireplace, and a private bathroom with dual sink vanity and tub/shower combination.

Bikers can spend the day cycling and exploring Ten Mile Canyon and Vail Pass, and hikers will enjoy easy access to Summit County's famed 14'ers, Gray's and Torrey's Peaks, about 20 miles away. Plenty of fishing and boating is also available at the Lake Dillon Reservoir!
