Located on the main level, the living room of Pitkin House offers comfortable furnishings in an open layout with vaulted ceilings allowing for a wall of windows exposing breathtaking mountain views. Open to the living room and adjacent dining area, the kitchen features a breakfast island with granite countertops and high-end appliances. Just off of the dining area is access to the large deck where guests can enjoy dramatic views of the surrounding mountains while relaxing in the private hot tub. Centered on a stone encased wood stove on the lower level, the family room provides a second living space with a sitting area providing extra space for the group to spread out.

Four bedrooms are spread over the two levels of Pitkin House providing a total of thirteen beds including the sleeper sofa in the family room. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with large beds that include a King and a Queen. The remaining bedrooms offer a Captain's Bunk with a Twin on top and Full on the bottom and Two Twin beds. Pitkin House is pet friendly and boasts a large yard for the kids or pets to play.
