The Silver View House provides a comfortable environment for a large family or group. Situated on a hillside that overlooks the Breckenridge Ski Resort and the entire Ten Mile Range, Silver View is a short five minute ride from the lifts and downtown. The 2,700 square foot five bedroom, three bathroom private home can be reduced to a three bedroom, two bathroom home for smaller families. With vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan that provides a great room, the Silver View House is perfect for large groups. There are three bedrooms with queen sized beds, a fourth bedroom with a double sized bed, and a double and twin in the fifth bedroom...add in the double sleeper sofa in the upper living room and the queen sleeper sofa sleeper in the lower level living room and there is enough bedding for up to 15 people. The three bedroom option eliminates the lower portion of the home with one of the queen rooms and the double bedroom as well as the second living room. Top it all off with a private hot tub overlooking the slopes and Silver View is the perfect vacation home rental.
