At over 2,900 square feet, Summerwood 63 is a large private home rental located just five minutes from the base of the Keystone Ski Resort that is ideal for multiple families or large groups of friends. This contemporary four bedroom plus den home can comfortably accommodate up to thirteen Keystone visitors over its three levels.

Perfect for those who want a little privacy from the rest of the group, the lower level den has a wetbar, bathroom, TV, and Double Futon. The living area is beautifully furnished and features a magnificent, double-sided river-rock fireplace that is open to the dining area as well. Adjoining the dining room is a large kitchen with a river-rock accented island. This level also holds a bedroom with Queen Sleeper Sofa that can double as a cozy reading room during the day.

Summerwood's upper level is great for the entire family with a bedroom that has a Twin Bed plus a Twin Trundle Bed (two twins) and a second bedroom with a Double Bed. The Master Suite with King Bed is also located on this level and features a private deck with spectacular views, and a custom-made Jacuzzi tub/shower area accented with river rock.

The Summer Meadows clubhouse offers a host of great amenities for guests staying at Summerwood 63, just a minute away.
