Guests enjoy a short walk to the Snowflake Chairlift trail that leads down to the Snowflake lift accessing Peak 8 and can ski right back to the Grand Timber Lodge via a beginner's access trail. Studio

Grand Timber Lodge's Studio units are the ideal accommodations for couples and small families. The units are cozy but will sleep up to four people with a Queen Bed and quality Queen Sleeper Sofa. The units include a kitchenette with mini-refrigerator, mini-dishwasher, small microwave and twin burner stovetop. There is cable television with a DVD player and a full bathroom.  

One-Bedroom Condominiums

These deluxe units are fully equipped with a custom kitchen featuring granite countertops, a comfortably furnished living room with gas fireplace, in-unit washer/dryer, and cable television with a DVD player. Grand Timber's one bedroom condominiums will sleep up to 4 people with a King Bed in the bedroom and a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room. Guests will be awed by the spectacular views from the private balcony and can relax in the jetted tub in the unit's bathroom.  

Two-Bedroom Condominiums

Guests staying in the two bedroom units at the Grand Timber Lodge are certain to appreciate the spaciousness of these fully equipped vacation rentals. At over 1,200 square feet, the two bedroom units offer plenty of space for groups of six to eight Breckenridge vacationers. There is a full kitchen with granite countertops that opens to a living room with gas fireplace with an adjacent dining area. Additional amenities include cable television with a DVD player, a private balcony, two bathrooms with a jetted tub in the master, and in-unit washer/dryer. There are two bedding options with units offering Two King Beds and Queen Sleeper Sofa or, for groups of eight, the bedding option includes a King Bed, Queen Bed, and Two Queen Sleeper Sofas.  

Three-Bedroom Condominiums  

With ample space to comfortably accommodate up to ten people, Grand Timber Lodge offers three bedroom, fully equipped condominiums that are over 1,500 square feet. Standard amenities include cable television with a DVD player, three bathrooms with a jetted tub in the master, gas fireplace, and in-unit washer/dryer. There is a spacious living room with an adjacent private balcony and dining area as well as a full kitchen with granite countertops. Bedding includes a King, King, Queen, and Two Queen Sleeper Sofas in the living room.
