Perched on the third, entry level of this 4 bedroom duplex vacation home with 3.5 bathrooms, the great room is an open space set under vaulted ceilings and framed by windows. Comfortable, contemporary furnishings are focused on a wood-burning fireplace and flatscreen television in the cozy living room with an adjacent dining area offering seating for 8 guests and the open kitchen boasting stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar with seating for 2 guests. Step out onto the deck to enjoy the spectacular mountain and town views.

Located on the fourth level, the master bedroom offers a King bed, flatscreen television, private balcony, and private bathroom. One floor below the great room on the second level, two bedrooms share a full bathroom, one is furnished with a Queen bed while the other has two Twin beds, both bedrooms include flatscreen televisions. Furnished with a King bed plus a Twin and Twin Trundle, the first level bedroom is spacious and includes a private deck as well as a private full bathroom.

From this central location you are just a short walk to the lifts at the base of the Park City ski slopes, Town Lift in the heart of downtown, and all of the shops, restaurants, and nightlife on Main Street.
