Welcome to Summit County; Colorado’s playground. There is so much fun to experience at Copper, on the mountain and off. Right in the heart of Center Village is an ice skating rink. The snow tubing hill also sits at the base of the mountain in the East Village, and Woodward is a massive indoor trampoline, ski jump, skating, and biking training facility located on the outskirts of the village. During the winter months Copper’s golf course offers miles of cross country ski trails and snowshoeing. Just a few minutes from the resort exciting snowmobiling tours and dog sledding excursions await. Summertime sees the ski mountain host epic mountain biking trails with a variety of other excursions located nearby including atv and jeep tours, horseback riding, whitewater rafting, zip lining, boating on Lake Dillon, bike riding on Vail pass, and scenic train tours.

Woodward at Copper offers one of the most unique guest experiences to be found at any resort. Integrated with ski school, this massive training facility features a collection of trampolines, ramps, a skate and bike bowl, a rail area, and ski/snowboard jump training ramps with foam landing pits. Students typically spend a portion of the day inside learning skills before heading out to the ski slopes to implement them on the snow.
