Southwestern style furnishings fill the living room which is centered on a magnificent stone fireplace under vaulted ceilings. Dual dining tables seating a total of fourteen guests plus a breakfast bar with three additional seats are located adjacent to the living room. Overlooking the dining areas and living room is a fully equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops, upscale appliances and custom cabinetry.

Situated off of the Great Room is a cozy den with a comfortable sitting area set in front of another fireplace and including a desk area. Offering a spacious sitting area with yet another stone fireplace and entertainment system, the lower level family is an ideal space for entertaining. This expansive living space includes a wet bar, game table, and pool table as well as an adjacent theater room with stadium seating. And just outside of the lower level family room is a private hot tub and access to the ski trails.
