There’s a breakfast bar with four stools, along with an adjacent dining area offering a contemporary table with enough space for eight guests. Your family or friends will love to hang out and relax in the lower level family room, featuring a massive 50” flat screen television surrounded by an oversized leather sectional sofa and a cozy rocking chair. High Peak on Park Residence also offers two separate outdoor spaces, designed to entertain and create wonderful vacation memories. The first is a comfortable deck, offering a sofa and chairs, plus a gas grill, ideal for an apres ski beverage or your morning coffee, while the second is located on the roof, boasting a private hot tub with lovely city and alpine views. An in-house washer and dryer also adds to the overall ease and convenience of this wonderful alpine home.  

Three spacious, and luxurious bedrooms have been beautifully furnished with your overall comfort in mind. Perched on the upper level, the master bedroom is oversized and elegant, with a plush bed, a large walk-in closet, a private fireplace and majestic views of Park City. The sophisticated master bath boasts a jetted tub, a rainfall shower and a gorgeous dual sink vanity. On the main level, guest room two features a comfy bed, deck access and a private lux bathroom offering a shower/bathtub combination. Located on the lower level, bedroom three is bright and cheery, boasting multiple bedding to accommodate a variety of guests, plus a lovely full bathroom.

High Peak on Park Residence offers a two-car garage, although you may not need a vehicle once you arrive. Access to the slopes is conveniently just a one minute walk away via the Town Lift, while Park City’s dining, nightlife and galleries are also easily accessible by foot from this elegant, modern retreat.
