An adjacent dining table provides seating for 6 more and enjoys background views of Baldy Mountain.

A few steps down from the dining area is an open and high ceiling living area. Take in the magnificent views from the south-facing wall of windows, spread out on the plush sofa, and entertain your guests with the smart TV and SONOS music system. The living room wood burning fireplace provides ample radiant heat and ambiance. Head back all the way to the entrance to find stairs leading to the loft. This space provides additional sleeping in a custom-built full bed and queen sleeper sofa for extra guests. It also serves well for the kiddos to escape and enjoy their favorite shows from the smart TV. 

Next, explore the lower two levels where you’ll spend your nights dreaming of the impending outdoor adventures. The mid-level accommodates sleeping in two bedrooms. The Mercury Mini-Master Suite contains a king bed and ensuite full bathroom, with smart TV. Trygve’s Double will sleep up to three using the custom full bed and extra-long twin, with smart TV. Just across the hall is the full bathroom and laundry room.

The lowest level of the home contains a master suite all on its own! Snowflake Master Suite is perfect for a couple’s getaway or a family with young ones. The room is complemented with deck access, a smart TV, and gas fireplace. A king bed provides sleeping for two, with a daybed and trundle option for an additional two. The roomy ensuite bathroom has a separate tub, dual sinks and shower.

Spread out on the multi-leveled deck to enjoy first-hand views of Baldy Mountain and Sawmill Creek Gulch while relaxing in the private hot tub or grilling up a meal. Within this area, find the Sawmill Trail at the bottom of the Snowflake Lift and follow a stream about 1 1/2 miles to the Sawmill Reservoir. This hike is perfect for families as it contains plenty of shade and a minor increase in elevation gain!
