Enjoy the beauty and serenity of the mountains from Sterling Vista Residence, a luxury 5 bedroom private vacation home with 5 bathrooms located in the prestigious Silver Lake area of Deer Valley, just a short walk from the ski slopes and minutes from the Silver Lake base area. Boasting all of the comforts of home with an abundance of space to comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests, this expansive mountain retreat promises a Deer Valley vacation filled with fun, excitement, and relaxation.

Presenting the most inviting space for the entire group to gather and entertain, the main level features an open layout with a cozy living room set under vaulted ceilings that is outfitted with leather furnishings centered on a gas fireplace and flatscreen television with a Sonos sound system. Large windows allow light to pour into the living space, exposing inspiring mountain views and breathtaking sunsets. Above the living room is a loft space with a sitting area that is ideal for reading a book or just relaxing away from the rest of the group and includes a Queen Sleeper sofa for additional sleeping accommodations.

Raised a step above the living room is a gourmet kitchen equipped with stainless appliances including a Wolf gas cook top in a granite island, two refrigerators, and two ovens. Plenty of cookware, dishes, and kitchen accessories provide everything needed to cook for a large group while a barbecue grill just outside of the kitchen door allows for grilling convenience. Seating for 3 is available at the island, 6 more can be accommodated at the kitchen table, and the rest of the group can gather around the large dining table with seating for 8 guests that is located between the kitchen and living room. 

Designed to comfortably accommodate large families or groups of friends, Sterling Vista Residence offers 5 bedrooms that include three master suites and two deluxe bunk rooms. One of the master suites and a bunk room are located on the main level, two additional spacious master suites are located on the top level of the home along with a loft area that includes a sofa sleeper, and the lower level is home to the other bunk bedroom and a convenient ski prep area with lots of cubbies and a bench with built-in boot warmers.

BEDROOM CONFIGURATION:

Upper Level:

• Master – A very spacious master suite with King bed, wall mounted 48" HDTV, walk in closet, adjoining full bath with steam shower and large jetted tub. There is a small deck just off of this room with views of the private backyard setting. 
• Second (Junior Master) – King bed, adjoining full bathroom, HDTV. Incredible views over the Park City area from the attached balcony.
• Loft – Queen sofa sleeper, located just outside the second bedroom on the 3rd floor. Shares bathroom with the master or 2nd bedroom.

Main Level:

• Third (Junior Master) – Queen bed, adjoining bathroom, HDTV, beautiful mountain views from the attached balcony with sliding glass doors.
• Fourth (Bunk Room) – Two sets of bunks with full bed on bottom and twin on top, adjoining full bath, 43" HDTV. (Located on 2nd level).

Lower Level:

• Fifth (Bunk Room) – Two sets of bunk beds. One has a full bed on the bottom and twin on the top, the other set has a twin on both the bottom and top. There's a couple of comfy chairs, and a wall mounted HDTV above the new gas fireplace, making it a great place for kids to watch tv or play video games. The adjoining bathroom has a slate shower stall (located on lower level).

• Ski Access: Ski out via the 'Silver Lake Access Trail' that is about 75 yards from the driveway. Ski back using the 'Double Eagle Ski Access.
