This 4 bedroom duplex vacation home with 4.5 bathrooms features quality furnishings, refined finishes, and preferred vacation amenities for up to 12 guests. With the free shuttle stop just a stroll down the road, the Peak 8 Base Area of the Breckenridge Ski Resort just moments up the hill, and all of the restaurants and shops on Main Street a five minute ride away, your mountain retreat will be filled with fun, adventure, and relaxation.

Framed by walls of windows that allow the light and mountain views to pour into the living space, the main level features an open layout that is ideal for entertaining. Comfortable furnishings are centered on a gas fireplace and flatscreen television with a Sonos sound system in the cozy living room that touts spectacular views of the Breckenridge ski slopes. Overlooking the living room, the gourmet kitchen features a Wolf gas range and oven, coffee/cappuccino maker, coffee grinder, dishwasher, and breakfast bar seating for 4 guests. The dining table is adjacent to the kitchen and will allow 10 guests to gather for dinner or game nights under a stunning chandelier.

Located on the lower level, the cozy den offers a comfortable space for watching a movie or game on the large television while relaxing in the cozy sitting space. Step out onto the deck located off of the living room to enjoy the surrounding mountain views as you enjoy the abundant outdoor furnishings while grilling up a tasty meal. After a day of outdoor adventures, the private hot tub is certain to provide some relief to those aching muscles while the fire pit allows for toasting up some s'mores under the stars.

Four tastefully appointed bedrooms are spread over the multiple levels of the home to accommodate up to 12 guests. Furnished with a King bed, the master bedroom offers a King bed, gas fireplace, flatscreen television, and a private bathroom with large soaking tub and walk-in shower. Two guest bedrooms are equipped with Queen beds while the fourth bedroom has two Captain's Bunk beds. Additional sleeping arrangements are provided by a sleeper sofa in the den.
