Escape to the Rocky Mountain in style in this 3 bedroom duplex vacation home with 3.5 bathrooms spread over 1,764 square feet of living space where your group of up to 10 guests will enjoy quality, comfort, and convenience. Featuring an open layout, the main level living room offers a comfortably furnished sitting area set in front of a gas fireplace and flatscreen television with access to the deck through sliding glass doors. Six guests are accommodated at the adjacent dining table with an additional 4 stools provided at the breakfast bar. Appointed with stainless steel appliances and polished stone countertops, the fully equipped kitchen overlooks the dining area and living room. Step out onto the deck to enjoy the inspiring mountain views while grilling up dinner or relaxing in the private hot tub.

Located on the lower level, the family room offers a cozy sitting area to watch television or relax on the sofa. This level also includes the laundry room and two bedrooms.

Situated off of living room, the primary suite is furnished with a King bed, flatscreen television, and includes a private bathroom complete with tiled shower enclosure and a dual-sink vanity. On the lower level, one of the guest bedrooms has a Queen bed and en-suite bathroom with single vanity and shower. The third bedroom offers two Double beds, a flatscreen television, and accesses the hall bathroom.
