Centered on a contemporary gas fireplace and flatscreen television, the cozy living room flows into the dining area and kitchen. Eight guests are accommodated around the oval dining table with chair and bench seating that sits between the living room and gourmet kitchen boasting high-end appliances and polished stone countertops.

Located on the lower level, the family room is appointed with a comfortable sofa, gas fireplace, flatscreen television, and access to the back patio. Step outside to relax in the private hot tub or gather around the fire table. For those wanting to get in some additional exercise, an array of weights and equipment are provided in the modified fitness/garage area.

Four bedrooms, all equipped with en-suite bathrooms, are spread over the upper and lower level of the residence providing bedding for up to 10 guests. Two upper level bedrooms are furnished with King beds and include gas fireplaces and flatscreen televisions. Another bedroom with a King bed and flatscreen television is on the lower level along with a bunk room featuring two sets of built in Twin over Twin bunks.
