Savor an evening of après drinks and lively discussions around the impressive floor-to-ceiling fireplace, where 3 plush couches alongside a stylish assortment of soft seating construct an intimate environment for entertaining.

Contemporary refinement is defined in the chef's-dream kitchen featuring top-of-the-line appliances, sleek cabinetry and polished stone countertops. An oversized island seats 7 guests with the adjacent wood dining table accommodating 12 additional guests. Glass doors off of the dining area lead to an expansive deck inviting an afternoon of grilling and dining alfresco under the unfiltered views of the Spanish Peaks.

From the main level, a floating staircase leads to the airy top floor, featuring a lofted lounge space with 2 lush armchairs. Downstairs, sink into the sumptuous sectional and unwind with a movie night streaming favorites on the Smart TV or partake in a friendly competition at the shuffleboard table. Located on the main level, the primary suite offers a King bed, electric fireplace under a large television, private deck access and a private bathroom boasting a dual-sink vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. Three guest bedrooms on the top level are furnished with King beds and include private bathrooms, one also has an electric fireplace and private deck. One of the lower level bedrooms is outfitted with a King bed, private bathroom and offers access to the back patio with the private hot tub. Ideal for the kids or multiple couples, the final bedroom on the lower level is equipped with two sets of Queen over Queen bunk beds and shares a bathroom with the family room.
