Perched on the upper level, the primary suite is appointed with a King bed and private bathroom with a dual-sink vanity, soaking tub and walk-in shower. Two upper level guest bedrooms share a full bathroom, both are furnished with Queen beds. Occupying the lowest level of the residence, the bunk room offers two sets of Queen over Queen bunk beds and accesses a bathroom with a walk-in shower that is exclusive to the lower level bedroom. 

Your mountain retreat has a two-car garage and space for one car in the driveway. In the winter, you have access to the complimentary, on-call shuttle service, however a vehicle is highly recommended for ease of getting around town. Downtown Steamboat Springs is just 1.2 miles down the hill and the Steamboat ski slopes are a 4 mile drive from the residence.
