Perched on the upper level, the den offers a Queen sofa sleeper for additional sleeping accommodations and a large television with Xbox plus a door for privacy. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, wireless internet, and a 1-bay heated garage with parking for 3 cars total.

Located on the main level, the primary suite is furnished with a King bed and features bright southwest-facing windows, a door leading to the patio, and a large private bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and dual-sink vanity. Two guest bedrooms join the den on the upper level, both are appointed with King beds, one enjoys a private bathroom while the other shares a full bathroom with the den.

The Shores at Breckenridge is a riverfront community situated on 11 acres located just north of Breckenridge resting along the shores of the pristine Blue River. Enjoy easy access to Main Street's shops and restaurants as well as the ski slopes by car, bike, or Summit Stage Bus (located about 2 blocks from the home). Complimentary on-demand shuttle service is provided on a first-come, first-served basis mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app.
