The Colorado Ski Museum / Colorado Ski and Snowboard Hall of Fame is located on the 3rd floor of the Vail Transportation Center. Open every day of the week, except Monday, the Museum has wonderful historical artifacts from Colorado's rich skiing and snowboard heritage. At the Museum, you can see great exhibits on the timeline of skiing and snowboarding, and while you're there, visit the gift shop. Check out the exhibit on the 10th Mountain Division, originally based at Camp Hale towards Leadville
Complimentary Tours depart from the Beaver Creek Nordic Center located at the bottom of the Strawberry Park Chairlift (#12). Bring a fondness for adventure and your appetite. A dedicated snowshoe and cross-country ski area with 32km of tracked and rustic trails. McCoy Park is located at the top of the Strawberry Park Express Chairlift. Visit the Beaver Creek Nordic Center at the base of the lift for information on gear, rentals, guided tours and lessons.
